Water polo ages are the age that you will be on Dec 31 of this year.  (Ex:  If you are 14 years old, and are turning 15 in Dec, you are a 15/16 year old and will play in the 16&U games.  You are too old to play in the 14&U games)

You can always play in an older division. (ex: an 11 year old can play  in  a 12&U game and 14 & Under game)
