If you are unsure about commiting to the water polo club, we offer a FREE 1 week trial membership.  Print off the USA Water Polo 1 week trial Insurance form (at the bottom) and bring it to the pool the day you wish to get in and try it out.  This insurance is only good for 1 week (2 practices) from the date you sign the forms.  If you want to continue with the club, you must turn in your "Club Registration Form" in addition to registering and pay for the USWP insurance online. 

This trial membership can be taken advantage of at any time during our session.
